Stylists are placed at a level that reflects their experience. The levels run from Protégé for newer talent, through Level 1 to Level 5, and up to Master, and prices follow the level of the stylist.

It covers a color consultation, glosses, single process color, mini and full traditional and dimensional highlights, platinum re-touch, and color correction or transformation, with beard gloss also offered. Color pricing is a starting point and can change with hair type, the result wanted, and the time and product required.

Booking requires a credit card on file, and online bookings are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Reschedules or cancellations made inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service value, while cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead are not charged. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable, and card processing and online booking fees are never refunded. Changes must be made by phone during business hours or by voicemail, since emailed, social media or other messages are not confirmed until the team acknowledges them. The salon says it may make exceptions for emergencies.

Extension install consultations cost $50 and are booked by calling the salon.
