Services are grouped into brows, eyeliners, lips, eyelashes, scalp and hairline, and touch-ups. Brows are shaped and drawn out for the client to approve before microblading starts. Eyeliner is completed in a single visit with a touch-up suggested four to eight weeks later. The studio describes its results as the most natural possible.

A first microblading appointment runs a little over an hour, and a follow-up is scheduled four to eight weeks afterward. Brow color looks 20 to 30 percent bolder at first and settles after about a week. The studio says there is no downtime after brow, eyeliner or lip work, with skin fully healed in about six days. Semi-permanent makeup typically fades over one to three years, so retouching is recommended every one to two years.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, since the schedule runs on time. Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours ahead or they are forfeited, and a $50 deposit is required to rebook after a reschedule within 48 hours or a no-show. New clients get a free touch-up 30 to 60 days after their first procedure. Clients must be over 18. Procedures are not performed during pregnancy or nursing, on skin with active sores, irritation, moles or visible tan. Anyone with a medical condition or on antibiotics needs a clearance letter from their doctor, and clients with earlier semi-permanent makeup should send photos or come in for a consultation before booking.
