Chloe's Shade Room Tempe

The salon has a Tempe location on South Rural Road and a second room in Chandler, inside the Beauty Lounge Bar Salon suites on West Chandler Boulevard. The Chandler room has glass walls and is reached by entering the building and turning left.

Appointments are required and a deposit is needed to book. Online bookings are confirmed only once payment card details are added. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cash and cards are accepted.

The menu covers acrylic sets, hard gel sets and fills, Apres soft gel extensions, Russian gel manicures using builder gel, and pedicures. The glam pedicure takes about an hour and includes cuticle care, nail shaping, heel smoothing, a massage, a sea salt and sugar scrub, a hydrating mask, lotion and gel polish. A special combo of gel manicure and pedicure is offered for a set price. The salon describes its CBD volcano pedicure as its best seller.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are free, while late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full price, and a 15-minute grace period applies. Clients who arrive later may need to reschedule and may pay a fee. For a first acrylic full set, nails should be bare, so it helps to avoid lotion, hand cream, cuticle oil and hair products beforehand.

The salon says its nail services use high quality products meant to help keep nails from breaking and getting damaged.
