Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday. Every haircut includes shampoo and conditioning, styling products and a blowout. A women's cut price covers hair up to mid-back length, and longer hair carries a $20 addition fee.

Booking requires a deposit for every service. Haircut deposits for teens and young children are $20, and brow and facial waxing deposits are $12. Deposits can be moved to a new appointment but are not refunded if a booking is changed within the 48-hour window. Late cancellations in that window are charged 50% of the service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a 50% charge and rescheduling.

All color appointments begin with a free virtual consultation by Messenger, email or text. For this, clients send bright natural light photos of their hair, an inspiration photo, a detailed hair history, and a description of texture and density. Custom, creative or corrective color is charged by the hour. Hair extension services also require a consultation and a 50% deposit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings between $50 and $4,000.
