Hair bought for a client is non-refundable once ordered, and when the studio buys human hair extensions, full payment is due before the service date.

Parents need to bring children in and collect them at the booked end time. Children should eat before their appointment. Clients should come in with hair that is clean, free of knots and free of product, unless a wash is part of the booking; badly matted hair may carry an extra charge. Images and clips of finished looks may be used in the salon's promotion unless a client requests otherwise. Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than about 10 to 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled or moved.
