Braid hair is included in every service, so clients don't need to bring their own extensions. Appointments run from about two to seven hours depending on hair length and the size of the look, and the menu lists an estimated time for each style.

Before an appointment, hair must be washed and fully dry with no product in it, and oils, edge controls, and leave-in conditioners are not allowed on the hair. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments.

Booking requires a non-refundable $25 deposit, which is applied to the service cost. The balance is paid by Cash App or cash only. Appointments must be booked at least two days ahead; next-day bookings carry a $50 same-day charge when a slot is open, and bookings made after 6pm are treated as emergency squeeze-ins with a $60 charge paid along with the deposit.

Arrival timing matters: a 10-minute grace period applies, after which $10 is added to the balance for each additional 10 minutes, and appointments are canceled after 30 minutes late. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late without notice have their appointment canceled. Clients who don't show are charged the full service amount to their card. A confirmation email is sent when a booking is made, and the appointment is canceled if the client doesn't reply within an hour. Refunds are not given, so clients are asked to check that they are happy with the style before leaving.
