Every service begins with a professional consultation. Guests can help themselves to a beverage at a self-serve station, and cleaning duties rotate among the team each month. The salon has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive clients.
Hours are Monday and Thursday from 12 pm to 8 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. The salon is closed on Tuesday and Sunday. Gift cards are available, and the salon accepts applications for nail technicians and a bilingual receptionist.
