Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Full sets come in classic, hybrid (a mix of classic and volume), volume and mega volume styles, with refills offered at two-week and three-week intervals, and add-ons such as colored lash extensions and bottom lashes. Lash lift and tint and lash removal are also listed.

Brow services include a quick brow wax, a brow wax with tint, and a longer brow lamination that combines waxing and tinting. Skincare includes a custom facial and an acne facial, and the menu also covers semi-permanent makeup, which is booked by phone rather than online.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A deposit is required for every appointment and is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Cancelling with less notice, or not showing up, is charged the full service amount, and a client who no-shows must leave a full non-refundable deposit for the next booking. If a client arrives late, the appointment time is shortened rather than extended.
