Haircuts are priced by length and by age, with separate kids' prices for clients 11 and younger. Color ranges from single process and highlights to balayage, and creative, custom and double process color is set through a consultation. Stylists can meet ahead of a larger color service to look at the hair and talk through what the client wants. Treatments include perms, Brazilian keratin and Japanese straightening, plus K2.0, a treatment that can be added to hair services.

Extension options include custom clip-ins, K-tips, I-tips, tape-ins and hand-tie. Every extension is priced through an extension consultation. The salon works with the brands Great Lengths, Perfectress, Platinum Seamless, Bellami and Aqua.

Makeup is offered for events of all kinds throughout the year, including false lashes, eye makeup, traditional and airbrush makeup, and special effects or theatrical makeup by consultation. Clients can also book hands-on makeup education with one of the salon's makeup artists by appointment. Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon for parties of any size or at the client's home, a hotel or a venue. The bridal team reports more than 15 years of experience in bridal and special event styling.

The salon sells gift cards and takes hair model registrations. It holds appointments with a credit card on file and asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed as no-shows are charged 50% of the service amount.

The salon says it uses eco-friendly tools and products and aims to reduce its carbon footprint and minimize waste, and it describes itself as certified sustainable.
