Gel polish is applied and cured under an LED lamp. The salon uses odorless products when applying Gel-X extensions. Gel-X/Apres is a soft gel full-cover tip system with no fill-in, soaked off and reapplied every three to four weeks. Overlay adds a product to natural nails for strength, priced higher as the length increases. Rebalance is booked in place of a fill when lifting or growth means the nail structure needs rebalancing. Sculpted nails are built entirely on a form, without nail tips.

Pedicures include the Oh So Basic option, which has hydrating steam, a keratin foot wrap and heel buffing, and the longer Spa Me Down option, which adds a sugar scrub, foot mask and hot towel wrap. The Pampered Prince and Princess services are for children aged 12 and under. Outside Salon Fill allots extra time, technique and repairs for filling in work done at other salons, and removal is available for both the salon's own work and outside work.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 9:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM. New clients pay a deposit on certain services, with amounts set per service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment, or no-shows, are charged 50% of the total, and appointments cancelled and not rescheduled 24 to 48 hours ahead forfeit the deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
