Visits run long. The studio asks clients to book on a day with no other obligations and to allow between 2 and 6 hours. Most braid styles take 4 to 5 hours, and a strict no-rush policy is enforced.
Before booking, clients send a reference photo by text. A deposit applies to any style, no refunds are given, and payment is accepted in cash or by Zelle. Braiding hair is included with all 1B hairstyles.
Beyond styling, the studio runs a braiding class titled Learn How To Braid and a set of Chic Luxury Classes, and offers a membership package.
