CHIC Las Vegas combines a small appointment-based salon with a studio suite rental and a supply shop. The salon hosts independent artists, each of whom keeps their own schedule, so availability depends on the individual artist rather than on the business as a whole.

To book, clients send a message requesting a specific service, day and time. The salon works by appointment only, and walk-in visits are not described.

The suite rental offers six private studios inside the salon, each about 6 by 15 feet. Each suite has a stainless steel sink, stone countertops, built-in cabinets and shelves, and a frosted glass door that closes for privacy. Renters share a reception lounge, a back area, a fridge, a microwave and wifi.

On the retail side, the business sells its own lash adhesives, lash cleansers, adhesive wipes, cream remover, lash and brow kits and a Pro Lash Kit. Online orders ship within one to two business days, or can be set up for in-store pickup within 24 to 48 hours; customers wait for a confirmation email before collecting an order. Orders over $150 ship free, and scheduled adhesive deliveries can be set to auto replenish for 10% off.
