Extension services include hand-tied rows, cinch-ups for existing extensions, extension removal, and hair extensions with custom color. Clients can book a consultation first, but an extensions application has to be filled out on Instagram before that consultation. Color services include custom highlights, toner treatments, and color correction, and treatments include a deep conditioning service and an Olaplex conditioning treatment.
The studio aims for every client to feel comfortable and confident in their own look, and Annie plans each visit by listening to the client and working through the options together. The salon also hopes to build lasting relationships with the people who come in. Booking policies include a 25% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 once the client is approved. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
