Clients coming from another lash artist can book a dedicated refill, and the business also offers a bartering option for a full set or refill.

Most lash services ask for a $20 deposit at booking, which goes toward the cost of the appointment and is non-refundable. The Lash Service Exchange option requires no deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who fail to make payment become ineligible for future bookings.

Appointments are offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 10 AM and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM. The business is closed on Mondays. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment; later cancellations incur a fee of 30% of the service price. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged a flat $50 fee.

Each service follows its own refill window, with mini refills booked within seven days of the previous visit and volume refills booked two weeks after. For clients whose lashes are in poor condition, a consultation can lead to a full set of their choice plus removal.
