The practice describes its mission as providing current medical care while teaching patients enough to make informed decisions, and its vision as innovative cosmetic dermatology aimed at anti-aging results. Dermatology visits are handled by a Dermatology PA who can evaluate, diagnose and prescribe, and no referral is needed. The $50 consultation fee does not cover medication, since prescriptions are sent to the patient's chosen pharmacy. Same-day or next-day dermatology appointments are often available. Complimentary aesthetic consultations are offered, and every patient receives a full consultation covering medical history, goals and options before any procedure.

Filler work follows a conservative, anatomy-first approach aimed at natural-looking results. Most fillers contain lidocaine, and a topical numbing cream can be applied first. Most filler patients return to normal activities the same day. Typical durations are 6 to 12 months for lips, 12 to 18 months for cheeks and midface, and 9 to 12 months for under-eye areas.

Downtime varies by treatment. HydraFacial is a multistep facial with cleansing, exfoliation, pore extraction and serum infusion that takes 30 to 60 minutes with no downtime; the practice says results last at least five to seven days, with longer results from a monthly series. Skin tightening usually brings 6 to 12 hours of downtime. PRP and PRF are said to take effect immediately, with the most noticeable results at 6 to 8 weeks.

The practice does not accept insurance but accepts HSA payments, major credit and debit cards, CareCredit and cash, though not checks. CareCredit applies to totals of $500 or more, with six-month plans and some applicants qualifying for 0% APR. Memberships run on a one-year contract with monthly automatic payment, require 60 days' written notice to cancel, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be gifted. Appointments should be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours ahead.

Physician-led, with a board-certified Medical Director overseeing all aesthetic procedures and a comprehensive consultation before any treatment. Filler work aims for natural-looking results rather than changing the face.
