Haircuts include women's cuts, which run 70 minutes or more and include a shampoo, conditioning, a scalp massage, the cut and a blow-dry. Clipper haircuts and kids' cuts for ages 5 to 9 are also offered, along with quick add-ons such as bang trims. Styling options include blowouts, a dry style that can finish in curls or a flat-iron smooth, wash-and-blow-dry sessions and event styling.

Color runs from root touch-ups and single process color with a custom gloss or toner, to highlights, a money piece for face-framing color, and customized lightening that can combine highlights and balayage. Color removal is offered, and the salon's Vivid Color work is described by the salon as transforming virgin hair from dark to bold, vibrant shades. Vivid services require a consultation for previously colored or treated hair, and new clients are asked for a deposit. Vivid Color (Partial) product costs of $50 to $100 are charged on top of the service price.
