Braiding is the core of the menu. Bohemian knotless braids come in small, smedium and medium sizes, and Miracle Knot Bohemian and Bohemian goddess box braids are also offered. Other braid styles include large, medium and smedium box braids, Fulani braids in box and knotless versions, feed-in braids, stitch braids, braided ponytails and natural Bohemian braids that use no extension hair. For box and knotless braids, the salon provides hair in shades 1B and 2; specialty shades such as 27, 30 and 613 must be requested before the appointment. Bulk human hair for Bohemian knotless and Miracle Knot Bohemian styles carries a $35 installation add-on, while human crochet hair does not. Beginners can take a one-on-one basic braiding course, which runs 240 minutes and includes an e-book for practice; no prior braiding experience is needed.

The salon sells and installs HER Signature Hair, a luxury human hair line, and carries HER Luxury Crochet Hair bundles in five textures and lengths from 8 to 28 inches. For partial and traditional installs, braided fronts with a sew-in back, and crochet styles, hair is not included, so clients bring their own unless they book a hair and install package. Wash service covers shampoo, a scalp cleanse and conditioning, and styling is booked separately. Takedowns of medium knotless and box braids are done with gentle removal.

Booking policies are worth reading before an appointment. Hours are Monday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays. An appointment is marked as a no-show 30 minutes after its start time if no word has been received, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Any outstanding fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. Clients must disclose all previous color and chemical services, including box dye, bleach, relaxers and henna, before a color visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
