Its booking rules refer to custom wigs and custom color, so those are the services clients should expect to ask about.

Appointments are held with a non-refundable $25 deposit, sent by Cash App or Zelle. If the deposit isn't sent, the appointment is canceled. After a missed appointment, a client has to reschedule and pay a new deposit before booking again.

Clients get a 15-minute grace period after their start time. Arriving after that counts as a no-show, and service is not provided. Custom wig orders have a longer 48-hour grace period.

For custom color, hair must be brought in the day after booking. Clients arrange this by text or phone call. Guests are not allowed in the suite unless they are also receiving a service.

Services are offered in a private suite.
