The team says it aims to give every client the highest standard of care and will recommend only treatments and products that are medically appropriate and beneficial for the individual. A complimentary consultation with the medical staff can be booked by phone, and an online skin care consultation is also offered. For peels, a free consultation and skin analysis with a medical professional helps determine which peel suits a client.

Appointments are one-on-one: only one client is seen with the medical provider at a time, and children and guests are not permitted. New patients receive an online invitation to complete required paperwork before their first visit. Clients are asked to arrive within five minutes of their appointment time and text their full name on arrival, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling.

The practice does not bill insurance. A fifty-dollar fee applies to no-shows and to appointments not canceled at least 24 hours ahead. Services and package sales are final, and prices may change without notice. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and the business's gift cards are accepted, but checks are not. Gift cards come in any amount, can be bought online or at the office, and are redeemable for products and services but not cash. Special offers cannot be combined, and when more than one applies the greater-value discount is used. Home skin care products found defective can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase.

Recommendations are meant to be medically suited to each client, and the medical team says it has performed thousands of cosmetic treatments. A phone consultation with the medical staff is offered at no cost before booking.
