Installs are built on HD lace with three to four layers of waterproof lace adhesive, and the wig is sewn around the perimeter and the top. Customizing for a wig install is done the same day, so clients do not need to drop a wig off beforehand. Clients can also add a custom color, which is done during the same visit as the booked service. Custom color is not offered for wig-only purchases.

The studio does not make custom wigs or offer wig construction. Its wig revamp service is a drop-off service, where the appointment time is the drop-off time and finished wigs are ready for pickup within two days. The basic revamp covers bleached knots, natural plucking, washing and conditioning, styling, and optional baby hair placement, and it does not include a lace replacement.
