Color is built around each client. Chelsie asks clients to bring reference images and describe what they want, then creates a custom color for them. Clients who want a noticeable change, who are new to the studio, or whose hair has not been colored in a while can book a full custom color, which is a longer appointment for a complete personalized result. Clients who want a smaller update can choose a partial custom color, which focuses on brightness in key areas, a single all-over one-step color, or a gloss that refreshes shine and tone without a full change.
Haircuts are tailored to hair type, lifestyle and styling preferences, and men's haircuts are offered as a separate appointment. A haircut can also be booked alongside another color or treatment service at a shorter combined time. Blowouts are available for everyday wear. The studio's cancellation policy asks for 24 hours' notice, and fees may apply for late changes.
Each appointment is tailored to the individual, since the studio does not believe one approach suits everyone.
