The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, with later hours on Thursday, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

The menu runs from small areas such as lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and ears to larger sessions. Options include a full face service covering three or more facial areas, a full bikini and a bikini line trim, a Brazilian wax using a hard wax formula, and upper leg waxing that uses hard wax on the inner thighs and soft wax elsewhere. Full body waxing is a two-hour session using both hard and soft wax, and its price varies. Genital areas are not included in that session.

A vajacial is a 30-minute treatment that includes cleansing, exfoliating, steaming and a mask. Clients book through the studio's GlossGenius page. New clients booking full body waxing pay a $50 deposit, and a 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Prepaid packages are available for regular maintenance. The 12-month package is priced at $540 and includes one Brazilian wax per month at $45, a saving of $240. The 6-month Brazilian package is priced at $300 and includes one wax per month at $50, a saving of $90. Package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a client books services as usual.
