Brow services include shaping with wax, tweezing where needed and trimming; tinting for a filled-in look that lasts about four to six weeks; a combined shape and tint; and brow lamination, which sets the hairs straight and upward to soften bare patches and make thin brows look fuller. Lamination can also be finished with a tint.

Lash services include full sets that cover roughly 80 to 100 percent of natural lashes and typically take two and a half to three hours, partial sets at around half coverage, and fills of 30, 60 or 90 minutes for maintaining existing extensions. Clients moving to the salon with extensions from another provider book a transfer fill, which requires a 90-minute appointment. Lash removal is also offered. Lip waxing rounds out the menu.

Visits are relaxed: there is no receptionist on site, so clients wait in the lobby, where complimentary refreshments and snacks are available, and Shelby is alerted when an appointment is near. Booking is online through Square with a card kept on file, which is not charged at booking.

Lash and brow work is designed to be fuller or more defined without losing sight of the health of the natural hair.
