Chasink Beauty works from Suite 201 at 12465 Lewis St. in Garden Grove, upstairs above Ascend Physical Therapy and inside Beauty by Nickz. The menu covers waxing for the body and face, lash lifts, brow services, lash removal or a lash bath, and classic, wet mascara/hybrid/light volume, volume, and mega volume lash extensions.

Booking requires a valid card on file and a non-refundable booking fee, which is applied toward the total. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the end of the service, and cash is the only accepted form of payment for it. Contact is by text only, and clients are asked to arrive on time and text once they have arrived. Only clients being serviced may be in the studio, and lashes should be clean when they arrive.

Lash fills cost an additional $25 and begin with an assessment of how many remaining lashes can be filled. Lash fill and returning waxing appointments are timed according to the client's last visit. Waxing clients can text to ask for a slot later that week if none are open, and the studio will say whether it can fit them in. Cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours or less before an appointment forfeits the booking fee and charges 50% of the service, and lash appointments more than 15 minutes late or waxing more than 10 minutes late are handled the same way. Repeated last-minute changes may end a client's booking eligibility, a new booking fee is needed after a late cancellation, and an outstanding balance must be cleared before a future visit can be booked. No refunds are offered once a service has been carried out.
