Every treatment is adjusted to the client's skin type. Facials, apart from aggressive peels, are customized with dōTERRA essential oils, and several skincare lines are used across the menu, including Dermalogica, which the salon says is formulated without ingredients known to cause skin sensitization. The Teen Acne Facial combines a skin assessment, a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions and a mask, and ends with guidance on everyday skin habits. The Custom Facial runs 50 minutes to an hour, and dermaplaning takes about an hour, using a sterile surgical-grade blade to lift dead skin and fine vellus hair from the surface. The Mandelic Acid Peel, made from almond-derived alpha hydroxy acid, is used for dark spots, uneven tone and acne.

Microshading is a semi-permanent brow technique that deposits pigment through a needle puncture, giving a soft, powder-filled finish closer to makeup or a fresh brow tint than the hair-stroke look of microblading. Each brow is measured and drawn before the procedure so the client can approve the design. A numbing cream is used. The first session takes about two hours, and a touch-up follows four to six weeks later. Brows are dark for the first week of healing, with flaking and scabbing for up to seven days. Clients are advised to avoid special events, direct sun, and submerging the face in the ocean or a pool during that week. Results are semi-permanent and most fade over time without another procedure. A free consultation comes before booking, and a $50 non-refundable deposit is taken once the appointment is booked. The deposit can be moved to a new date up to two times. The touch-up is included when booked four to six weeks after the first visit, and later touch-ups carry an extra charge. Each permanent makeup booking reserves at least two hours.

Waxing is done with Nufree soy wax for every service, which the salon describes as gentle and suitable for all skin types.

Spa appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients who are often late or cancel are asked to pay in full when they book their next visit. Hours are Sunday 10am to 3pm, Tuesday 9am to 2:30pm and Wednesday 3:30pm to 7pm, though these can change, so clients are asked to call or text ahead to confirm. The studio also sells the MedTerra CBD collection, dōTERRA essential oils, Epicuren skincare and Image Skincare, with product purchases handled in person.

Each treatment is customized to the client's own skin type, with a focus on what suits each person and on keeping up with current products and trends in skincare.
