The facial menu runs from a 35-minute Mini Glow, which starts with a personalized skin analysis, through to longer clinical-style visits. The Reset facial, about 1 hour 15 minutes, is designed for acne-prone skin and includes deep cleansing, extractions, high frequency, LED light, custom serums and a targeted mask. The Balanced Facial, about an hour, suits sensitive, combination or congested skin and is a common choice for first-time clients. Microdermabrasion, a one-hour treatment that uses fine crystals, is described as aimed at sun damage, acne scarring and melasma. The Signature facial, about 1 hour 45 minutes, is the longest option and is built around anti-aging, combining lymphatic and sculpting massage, cupping with hot and cold stones, either microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, and LED light.
