Body sugaring is the core of the business. The paste is made by hand in North Carolina from sugar, water and lemon, with no chemicals or resins, and it is not tested on animals. It is heated to body temperature before use. The business says its method is sanitary, with no double dipping and no cross contamination between clients, and it describes sugaring as suitable for sensitive skin and for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Sugaring is offered from age 12 up. For men, it is offered from the waist up only.
On arrival, clients are offered water, coffee, tea or rose wine. First-time clients should arrive a few minutes early to complete intake paperwork. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before a sugaring visit, and the studio suggests returning every three to four weeks. Appointments booked less than three weeks apart are priced differently. Booking is available online or by phone, text or email. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and a no-call or no-show is charged the full service fee after one occurrence.
Full body organic airbrush tanning uses solutions made from natural ingredients and is washed off after about four hours. The studio also offers a sugaring training course, mentoring and advanced education programs, with inquiries sent through a contact form.
The studio builds treatments around each client, with estheticians consulting on problem areas and helping clients set up a personal skincare routine.
