The salon describes its style as modern beauty with a French influence. Every client gets a complimentary consultation about their hair needs alongside their service. Color is a major part of the menu, from custom balayage, highlights and lowlights to babylights, ombre, glosses, glazes, root touch-ups and grey blending. Hair extensions, bridal hair, makeup and updos are also offered.
Optional treatments can be added at booking, including Kerastase Fusio Dose, Oribe treatments, K18 reverse hair damage treatment, Olaplex strengthening and Malibu C detox. The salon also sells retail haircare, brushes and heat styling tools, along with gift cards and a 50-Year Book through its online shop. New clients can request a first appointment by form or phone, and a valid credit card holds the appointment until after the visit. Current clients can book online and reschedule through a manage appointments option.
The salon offers an Assistantship Program that provides technical skills for a career in hair. Each location is open Tuesday through Saturday, with closing times that vary by salon.
