The menu is built around facials and dermaplaning, acne treatments, and waxing with brow and lash tinting. The Signature Facial ($235) opens with a skin analysis, followed by products and techniques chosen for that client, and can include brow tint touch-ups, waxing or dermaplaning as needed, peels, masks, LightStim LED therapy and serums, finishing with a neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage. The Deluxe Signature Facial ($265) adds extended facial massage and lymphatic drainage. HydraFacial options include a Signature HydraFacial ($295), a Deluxe Signature HydraFacial ($325, 90 minutes), and a HydraFacial / Men's Facial ($195, 45 minutes) with cleansing, a gentle chemical peel, extractions, hyaluronic acid and peptide hydration, LED therapy, and a hand and arm massage.

Acne care follows a set sequence. A 60-minute consultation ($100, waived with purchase of the Face Reality home care products) covers acne, skin type and lifestyle, and results in a personalized Face Reality routine; the consultation and product purchase are required before treatments begin. Acne treatments run every two weeks during the clearing phase, which the studio says usually lasts about three to four months, and consistent home care is considered essential. Afternoon and evening slots are kept for acne clients and may not appear in online booking. The studio claims a 90% success rate within three to four months when Face Reality protocols and home care are followed.

Booking is online, with listed hours of Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 8 PM; the studio is closed Friday through Sunday. Gift cards are available as eGift cards in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts, or for a custom amount.
