Massage sessions run from 40 to 120 minutes and can be customized, with the 40-minute option focused on one area of need. Specialty options include a 60-minute prenatal massage for pregnant clients, a 60-minute sports massage that includes stretches before or after an event, and a 90-minute hot stone massage using basalt stones. Seven Symphony of the Cells add-ons at $20 each apply essential oils and are named for different body systems, including cardiovascular, hormone balance, immune system, inflammatory, lymphatic, neurological and respiratory. Clients 65 and up can book a discounted 60-minute massage, and a 90-minute senior rate is also listed.

Facials range from a $90 Express Facial, a mini facial with cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, moisturizer and sunscreen that is suited to men and teens, to a $150 Radiant + LED facial designed to restore sun-damaged skin. The $125 Refresh and Glow Facial adds facial massage, a nourishing mask and serums, and the spa describes it as its most popular facial. A Chemical Peel Series at $695 includes six peel services and home care products for before and after each peel, and aims to lighten sun damage, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and clear acne.

Waxing runs from a $12 lip wax to a $90 full back wax, and the spa describes its waxing as painless. Manicures and pedicures are offered under the name Nails by Kendal and booked by phone at (916) 521-0783. Clients can book online, buy gift certificates through an online store, and pay over time on orders of $50 or more. The spa is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Appointments missed without 48 hours notice may be charged to the card on file.
