The spa says each visit is shaped around the client. Staff start by listening to what the client needs, and the experience is built from there. Signature collections begin with a wellness consultation, after which a provider designs the session. The Signature Reflection collection can draw on facial therapy, massage, aromatherapy, scalp massage, hot towels, sound therapy and restorative enhancements. The Complete Reset collection is a two-hour option that combines massage, a facial, vibroacoustic therapy, scalp massage and aromatherapy.

Vibroacoustic sessions take place on a vibroacoustic table, and the client picks a sound experience from a curated selection. The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Glow and Go facial and a Full Face Dermaplane to longer treatments such as microdermabrasion, a Deluxe HydraFacial, a Platinum HydraFacial and a VI Peel. For clients who are unsure where to start, a 30-minute Skin Discovery Consultation is offered for $35.

The spa sells professional skincare lines that are available only at the spa. Gift cards can be used toward any service, and Spa Finder gift cards are accepted. Late appointments can be requested by phone or with a note when booking.
