Appointments are one-on-one, so each client has the studio's full attention for the visit. A $50 deposit is charged at booking and is credited toward the balance of the service. Deposits are non-refundable, and the studio does not offer refunds.

Scheduling terms: a booking can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead using the confirmation email, and one reschedule is allowed without losing the deposit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by website, text or email; messages sent by social media direct message do not count as a cancellation. A no-call, no-show results in the full service amount being charged to the card on file.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period, and after 15 minutes the appointment is subject to cancellation with the deposit forfeited. Concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and any adjustment must be scheduled within seven days of notifying the salon. The balance can be paid by credit or debit card, Zelle, or cash on the day of the appointment.

The studio also sells curl care accessories: a curl defining hair brush, a collapsible diffuser, a double bristle hair brush, a curly hair pick and satin scrunchies, along with everyday socks and a logo pocket tee.
