Threading is the business's core service and is offered at all four locations, with walk-ins welcome. The business describes threading as a long-established way to remove unwanted facial hair and says it is natural, free of chemicals and often less painful than waxing. It uses antibacterial thread made of 100% natural cotton, and it says threading can shape brows more precisely. The business also states that threading is dermatologist-recommended for people using Accutane or Retin-A.

Facials are offered at Cary, Raleigh and Morrisville and are performed, according to the business, by a licensed skin care professional. A full facial package includes a skin analysis, steam, optional blackhead extraction, facial massage, a mask chosen for skin type, toners and protective creams, and home skin care advice. Shorter express facials take about 20 to 25 minutes and cost less than a full facial. The products are described as bought only through authorized dealers in the United States.

Waxing covers arms, underarms, legs, back, belly, bikini area and Brazilian, and does not include the face, which the business does not recommend or perform. Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical exfoliating treatment that uses a fine spray of powder crystals and suction to remove the crystals and dead skin cells. A session takes about half an hour with no downtime, and the business says it is offered to men and women of any age and skin type. At Cary and Morrisville it is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted for it.
