The studio operates from the back of a property off HWY 287 in Midlothian. The full address is sent by email or text four hours before the visit. Bookings are made only through the online scheduler, walk-ins are not accepted, and appointments run Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 9 PM.

Services cover manicures, groomed nails for men, Gel-X and acrylic full sets, and pedicures in dry or wet form. Pedicure options include the Perfect Pedi, polygel overlays on toes, and fills for existing toe overlays. Gel-X and acrylic sets come in almond, coffin, lipstick, square and stiletto shapes, with duck offered in acrylic only. Soak-off is a $15 add-on and is performed only on enhancements the studio applied.

Mobile appointments are available for an added $65 fee covering up to 50 miles. They require a mobile form, enough room to step up, and a mobile fee deposit, and they are not offered on weekends. The studio also sells pre-made and custom press-on sets under its ChaNailed Couture Luxe Press On line, with monthly subscriptions at three levels. A $10 deposit is nonrefundable and secures the booking, with the balance paid in cash or card. Clients arrive with bare nails or toes, and nail and pedicure services cannot be booked on the same day. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and each deposit covers one reschedule. Refills are available within three weeks of the last visit and are priced by the complexity of the new design. Design and polish changes are not offered, so a new set or refill is booked instead. No extra guests are allowed.

Custom nail design and nail care, with rules that protect natural nails: work is not done over another artist's enhancements, and appointments can be rescheduled when natural nails are too thin, cracked, damaged or discolored.
