About

The studio is open 5 PM to 10 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. The last appointment of the day is at 5 PM, and later start times are treated as after hours.

Full sets start at $105 and run 120 minutes or longer. Refills two to three weeks out start at $70 and take 90 minutes or more, while four-week refills start at $100 and take 120 minutes or more. A mini refill done within seven days starts at $40 and takes 45 minutes or more; after seven days, that visit is billed at the regular refill price. Bottom lashes cost $20, take 20 minutes, come in classic or volume styles, and require a $10 deposit. Extension removal costs $30, takes about an hour, and requires a $10 deposit. According to the studio, removal takes extensions off without harming natural lashes and is followed by a lash bath, primer and/or serum. Refilling lashes the studio did not apply adds $30 and requires at least half of those lashes to still be attached. The portfolio includes a cat eye look.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, remove contact lenses, avoid caffeine and use the restroom. Extra guests and children are not allowed unless arranged in advance, and a $20 fee applies if one is brought anyway. Booking takes a $20 deposit once a time is agreed, and deposits are non-refundable. Confirmation texts and emails go out 72 hours ahead and must be confirmed or cancelled through a link. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the deposit and carries a 50% fee of the booked service, which also applies to no-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation or a $25 late fee, depending on the day's schedule. A waitlist is available, and clients are notified if a cancellation opens a spot.

The Lash 101 course runs eight hours and costs $1,000 with a $200 deposit. It covers classic, volume and bottom lash application, theory, health and sanitation, and includes a live model provided by the student. Students receive a lash starter kit, a certificate of completion and ongoing lash mentoring.

The website includes a shop and offers gift cards.

Fills are offered by the week, and one-week fills are touch-ups. Whether a fill is offered or a full set is charged depends on how many extensions remain on each eye.
