The lash menu starts with classic sets, which place one extension on each natural lash and are customized to the look a client wants. Hybrid sets blend classic and volume techniques, landing fuller than classic but less uniform than volume. Volume sets place several extensions on each natural lash in a fan shape for a fuller, darker result. Clients who already wear extensions from another salon can book a transition fill. Lash lifts and lash tints are also offered, alone or together, and last about six to eight weeks depending on the client.

Brow services include tinting, waxing and lamination, with a combined lamination and tint option that darkens and fills in brows. Permanent jewelry is fitted to the client and welded closed as bracelets, anklets or necklaces, made for continuous long-term wear. House calls are offered, and a 30-minute consultation is available at no charge before booking.

Appointments are booked back to back, so there is little room for delay. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is canceled and a cancellation fee applies. Changes or rescheduling requests should be made within 24 hours of the appointment, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours carry a 25% fee. Future bookings are unavailable until any late cancellation fee is paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash sets are built around each client's preferences, with styles ranging from classic to volume. A free 30-minute consultation is offered before booking.
