Pedicures are waterless and use dry filing. Each guest is given their own fingernail file, buffer block and birch wood stick, and all implements are sterilized in an FDA-registered autoclave.
The studio's Medi Pedi is a specialized treatment for cracked heels, corns, calluses and ingrown nails, and new clients are asked to book it before any other service. A maintenance para medical pedicure is suggested roughly 4 to 6 weeks later. The studio also offers corn care, nail trimming and shaping, and debridement of thick or mycotic nails. According to the studio, these services are not meant to identify, address, heal or head off any disease or medical condition.
For ingrown or curved toenails, the studio offers the Onyfix correction system, which it describes as painless and non-invasive, and it also offers the Orthonyxia titanium brace for involuted and ingrown nails when appropriate. Braces are reapplied every 4 to 6 weeks, and full correction may take up to 18 months.
Payment by FSA or HSA is accepted with Visa or Mastercard. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full service fee, and clients who miss an appointment without notice are no longer able to book.
