The remaining balance is preferred in cash, and other payment methods may carry a transaction fee. The deposit is non-refundable if a client cancels late or does not attend, though the salon may allow it as credit toward a future service. Clients who cancel by 6:00 PM the day before their appointment can apply the deposit to one rescheduled visit. If the salon cancels or cannot provide the booked service, the deposit is refunded or moved to a new appointment.
