Pricing depends on hair length: from $295 for short hair, $350 for medium, $395 for long and $450 for extra long, with a separate cut at $465. Extremely thick hair may carry an extra charge.
Other services include full color with nutrition and hydration (with a scalp massage), blowouts with hydration or nutrition, and disciplining treatments with hydration, nutrition or restoration, which include a cut. The intensive CG restoration treatment is set after a diagnosis for damaged, highly processed or brittle hair, and critically damaged hair may need several sessions. Color corrections and special color work require an evaluation first. Two scalp rituals are offered: a detox for dandruff and oily scalp that includes ozone therapy, and a strengthening ritual for weak, breaking or falling hair. Brow lamination, henna and hair removal is also available, and a professional cut with wash is offered on its own.
The salon runs a 10-hour in-person master class in permanent straightening at Cachet Salons & Spa in Dallas. It is limited to two students per class and combines three hours of theory with seven hours of practice on a live model. Topics include diagnosis through to finish, plus social media photography, marketing and pricing for straightening services. The class costs $1,300 USD, with a $300 non-refundable deposit that reserves a place and is deducted from the total. Participants receive a printed guide, an official certificate, a coffee break and lunch, and a starter kit meant to cover their first 10 clients.
