The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial with double cleansing and a hydrating mask to a 70-minute microdermabrasion treatment that uses a gentle vacuum tool to lift away the top layer of dead skin cells. Other options include a customized facial for new clients, a dermaplane facial with extractions, a men's deep-cleanse facial, a teen facial with cooling globes, and an anti-aging facial. Seasonal and themed facials include a pumpkin enzyme renewal and a jackfruit enzyme hydration facial with a kukui and macadamia mask. A jelly mask is available as an add-on.

Waxing covers lip, underarms, arms, legs, back, bikini and Brazilian areas, plus a men's chest wax and a pregnancy bundle wax with mask. The Brazilian wax is listed at $70 for 30 minutes and includes the full front and butt strip. Vagacial treatments are offered without wax or paired with a Brazilian wax, and Pretty Kitty pairs a facial with a Brazilian wax in one 55-minute visit.

Wax packages include six Brazilian waxes with one free for $350, which the business notes saves $70 off the $420 price. Packages expire 8 months after purchase and are intended for waxes every 4 to 6 weeks. Gift cards are offered.

Hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday 5:30 to 7:30 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Friday 5:30 to 8 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM, with Sunday closed. Deposits are non-refundable and generally range from $10 to $20, with a higher deposit for some packages. New clients pay a deposit to hold the appointment and settle the balance in cash. Guests must be requested before the appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited. Cancelling less than 4 hours ahead is charged 50% of the total services, and a no-show without notice is charged 50% of the total cost. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; arriving later than that is charged 50% of the service and the appointment is cancelled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and Zelle is no longer accepted.
