The studio is based in Anaheim and focuses mainly on eyelash extensions, with lash lifts, lash fills, waxing, brow services and facials alongside. Full sets come in six styles: classic, with one extension per natural lash; hybrid, which combines classic and volume; wet set, with spikes placed through the whole eye; light volume; hand-fanned volume with 3 to 8 extensions per natural lash; and mega volume, which uses finer lashes for more coverage and is also suited to sparse lashes. Each full set is $75, with a $20 non-refundable deposit at booking that counts toward the total and the remaining $55 due on the day. Application takes about one to three hours depending on the style, and extensions last up to six weeks with proper care.

Korean lash lifts are offered without extensions or with a semi-permanent tint, at $55 with $35 due on the day, and results last about six to eight weeks. Lash fills for every extension style cost $55 each, with $35 due on the day. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and apply as long as extensions remain on each eye. Fills are not always guaranteed on sets applied elsewhere; if a previous set is not workable, it is removed and a new set is booked.

Waxing combines soft wax and hard wax for body hair removal, and results can last three to four weeks with proper aftercare. Brazilian waxing is $35. Single-area prices run from $5 for lip to $20 for full arm, full leg or back, and brow cleanup and shaping is $25. Facials include a basic European facial at $75 with cleansing, massage, exfoliation, a mask and extractions; an organic enzyme facial at $75 using plant-based certified organic ingredients with no chemical acids or parabens; an antioxidant Vital C facial at $75 using the Image tri-c complex; and a 45-minute back facial at $45 with cleansing, aromatherapy massage and a hydration mask. Derma planing is not included in the $75 facials.

Clients receive their address by confirmation text or email 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead lets the deposit move to another date, while later cancellations need a new deposit. Services are not refunded, though a partial refund excluding the deposit may be given if a client returns for removal. Lashes that fall out within 72 hours are fixed for free; fallout after 72 hours is treated as a one- to three-week fill. Extension removal is free, squeeze-in appointments are available for an additional price, and no extra guests are allowed. Lashes must stay dry for 24 hours after the appointment. Cash (exact amount only), Zelle and Venmo are accepted; Cash App is not.

The studio describes its lash application as a detailed process focused on the health and safety of natural lashes. The artist checks lash health before applying and may decline clients with weak or fragile natural lashes.

Appointments are silent by default, though the artist usually plays a podcast, music or TV, and clients can request something specific or bring their own music.
