Extension sets range from classic to mega volume, and fills are offered at two-week and three-week intervals for classic, light volume and volume styles. Removal is also available. Individual lashes, extra full individuals and bottom lash extensions are offered for more targeted looks, and small fixes to individual lashes are priced by the lash. Appointments take roughly half an hour for individual work and up to two hours for a mega volume set.

Booking is done online, and the business does not accept walk-ins. Full sets require a $40 non-refundable deposit, fills need a $10 deposit, and individual lashes need a $5 deposit, all paid at booking. Clients who arrive five or more minutes late have their appointment canceled and the deposit kept. Rescheduling is done by the client online, and no-call, no-show visits are charged 50% of the booked service. Extra guests and children are not allowed, and eye makeup worn to an appointment adds a $10 upcharge, so clients are asked to come without it. Payment is by cash or card, with cash preferred. Sales are final and refunds are not offered.

Clients get aftercare instructions to protect their lashes: keep lashes dry for the first two hours, skip spas, saunas and pools for the first day, use only oil-free makeup remover, and apply only extension-safe mascara to the lash tips. The business will look at extreme lash fall-out if it is reported within 48 hours of service, and it does not work over another technician's lashes. Products sold include a mini fan, a foam cleanser, a long lasting coating sealant, a lash primer, and a cream remover.
