Services are grouped into waxing and packages. The waxing menu runs from small areas such as the lips, ears and toes to larger ones such as the full back, full chest and lower legs, with each area priced separately. The Brazilian Package is the salon's bundled option. All appointments are made online through the booking page.

The salon shares a few preparation and aftercare guidelines. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long for a waxing service, and clients are asked not to shave or trim for three to four weeks beforehand. Sun exposure is discouraged for 24 hours before and after, and heat such as steam showers and saunas, as well as exercise directly afterward, should be avoided. Between waxings, shaving and other hair removal products are not recommended. Regular exfoliation is described as the best way to help prevent and treat ingrown hair, and waxing every three weeks is considered ideal. The salon states that hair grows back thinner and finer with ongoing waxing.
