Brow services start at $15 and take 10 minutes or more. Facials start at $70 and run 40 minutes or more. The VIV Signature Facial combines cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, a 15-minute massage and lymphatic drainage facial massage, and it is listed for dull, dry skin.
Packages are a large part of the menu, including Brazilian and underarm bundles, a Summer Ready Wax Package at $575, and a Simple Brow Gal Package of six brow waxes for $110. Packages apply their credits automatically at checkout. Event Ready Service ($150, 75 minutes) brings a brow wax, dermaplane facial, Brazilian wax and underarm wax into one visit. It and the Deluxe Wax Package require a $30 deposit, and every included service must be done on the day of the appointment.
Hours are Monday 7 AM to 1 PM, Tuesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 7 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday 7 AM to 1 PM, with Sunday closed. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours are charged 50% of the service price. Some services need a deposit between $10 and $100. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
New clients are first-time guests or anyone who has not booked in 10 or more weeks. Returning clients usually book every 4 to 8 weeks. For waxing, the business suggests letting about three weeks of growth after shaving, and it expects hair to return two to three weeks after a wax. Minors booking Junior Brow Cleanup must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
