Centro de Estética Lebed opened in December 1998 in the Udimef 2 building in Guayaquil. In 2004 it moved to its current location in the Equilibrium building at Plaza del Sol, a move the clinic links to growing demand from patients around the world.

The Guayaquil clinic has two operating rooms, recovery rooms, two waiting rooms, check-up rooms and a cafeteria. Patient rooms are described as furnished to American-standard comfort. Parking is in an eight-story garage with 24-hour security and continuous camera recording. The clinic is about five minutes from Simón Bolívar International Airport.

The surgical side of the practice is led by surgical director Dr. Jaime Lebed, and the clinic also offers facial and body treatments such as lymphatic drainage, Dermajet, peels and anti-acne care. An in-house department provides professional makeup and image consulting.

Prospective patients can request an appointment through the contact form and may send photos beforehand. Patients abroad can speak with Dr. Lebed by Skype. The clinic says its equipment is top of the line and its doctors and nurses are highly trained, and it describes its facilities as internationally standard.

Pairs surgical procedures with non-surgical facial and body treatments, and nursing staff are trained in-house by the surgical director before they join.
