Every cosmetic plan begins with a consultation, and injectables are performed by dermatology-trained providers. Botox and Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra Aesthetic and Kybella are dosed conservatively, with natural-looking results as the goal. Most injectable visits take 15 to 45 minutes. Aesthetic treatments include HydraFacial, chemical peels, advanced exfoliation, Excel V Laser for visible redness, broken vessels and sun-related brown spots, laser hair removal in a series of sessions, microneedling, Vivace RF microneedling and Emsculpt. Advanced treatments include GentleCure, a non-surgical option for select basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas that uses image-guided superficial radiotherapy with no cutting, stitches or anesthesia. It is given as a course of short in-office sessions over several weeks at the Exton office, delivered in-house by the practice's own radiation therapist. The practice links to three published studies of the method and notes they are not randomized trials and cannot predict an individual result. Nevisense, an FDA-approved electrical impedance scan for suspicious lesions that involves no tissue removal, is offered at the Philadelphia and Exton offices as one input alongside visual exam and dermoscopy. Hair transplantation moves a patient's own follicles into thinning areas in the office without general anesthesia, and hair restoration options also include microneedling, INVO Hair Solutions, PRP, PRF and SmartGraft, often combined.

New patients can request an appointment online or by phone and are accepted at all three offices. Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early with the completed new patient intake form, an insurance card, a valid photo ID and a list of current medications. Telehealth is offered for select conditions, and callers can ask whether a virtual visit is appropriate. Most major insurance plans are accepted, but patients should confirm network status with their insurer, and HMO patients need a referral from their primary care doctor for every visit.
