CENE Beauty

Cene Beauty rents salon suites to independent beauty professionals. The business describes its community as more than 100 beauty entrepreneurs, and its listings show more than 20 available beauty offices in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Suites come in three sizes. The Shared Suite is a shared workspace for several entrepreneurs and is listed at $50. The Small Suite is listed at $279 and the Large Suite at $650. Utilities including Wi-Fi, electricity and water are included in every suite. Each suite has full-spectrum lighting and mirrors, and some include a hydraulic chair, a shampoo bowl or a sink. Private suites are fully enclosed with locking doors, and the Large Suite has window views and what the business calls high-end amenities.

Beyond space, the business offers training and mentorship. It lists more than 20 business classes meant to help professionals start and sustain their own businesses.

Each business in the building runs independently and is responsible for its own services, policies and client relations. Cene Beauty does not manage or oversee the operations of individual suite businesses, so questions about a particular service should go to the professional providing it.

Each suite business operates independently, and the building does not manage or oversee those operations.

Suites are bright, with full-spectrum lighting and mirrors, and private suites offer a fully enclosed, lockable room.
