Appointments require a deposit, which is non-refundable and goes toward the service total. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a fee. Clients who do not show up without calling are charged the full price of the scheduled service. A 10-minute grace period applies, and anyone arriving later than that needs to reschedule.

Clients who already have product on their nails need to book a soak-off or removal along with their visit. The studio does not work over other technicians' work. Guests are not allowed during appointments, though children receiving a service are welcome. Cash, card, and Zelle are accepted, and parking is available on either side of the building.

For fills, the studio recommends booking three to five weeks ahead because demand is high. Clients can send inspiration photos through Instagram DM to @celiineramos before the appointment.
