The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute maintenance facial for all skin types to 90-minute anti-aging treatments. A Custom Blended Facial is built after a skin analysis, and there are targeted options for acne, anti-aging, dermaplaning, gua sha, oxygenating and hydrolifting. A Teen Facial is offered for ages 13 to 16, and a Gentleman's Facial is on the menu too. The Lift + Sculpt series uses microcurrent, with the Delux version adding radio frequency and the Platinum version adding lymphatic drainage and gua sha.

HydraFacial treatments are offered in five versions, from the 60-minute Signature to the 90-minute Platinum, which includes a complimentary neck treatment and LED light therapy. Add-ons such as lip, eye, neck, decollete and dermaplaning treatments can be combined with them. Micro-needling is done with a DermaFrac machine in a 60-minute facial, and peels include express, glycolic, lactic, salicylic and derm renewal options. Microdermabrasion is available alone or with a peel.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, CBD oil, sports, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy (after the first trimester) and reflexology, usually in 60 and 90-minute lengths. Couples massages take place in a dual room. Body treatments include a mineral salt body polish, herbal body wraps, and a combined massage and body polish. Hand and foot care covers manicures, pedicures, paraffin, foot facials and gel polish, and can be booked online. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas.

Booking requires a credit card, a debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo, or a Celestial Spa gift card for first-time clients. Clients without a credit card can pay cash for half of their services, with the balance placed on account. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, along with Spa Finders gift cards at checkout. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and same-day changes incur a 50% charge to the card on file. New clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Late arrivals keep the full price but have their service time shortened.

The spa does not offer memberships or spa parties and does not allow outside food. Children are not allowed in the building unless they are receiving a service. Services are offered from age 10 with adult supervision, and children 13 and under receiving a massage must book the couples room with a parent receiving the same service. Gift certificates can be bought for any amount and used for services or products, and they expire five years after purchase.
