The Express Facial is the shortest option, about 45 minutes, and includes a cleanse, light exfoliation, a peel and a hyaluronic serum. It does not include extractions or neck and shoulder massage. First-time Express Facial appointments begin with a skin consultation. For clients with breakouts, the Problematic Acne Skin Facial uses holistic Pacific Northwest skincare products and includes high-frequency therapy, extractions and a head, neck and shoulder massage, and runs about 1 hour 15 minutes or more.

The longest service on the menu is the Signature Healing Facial, which runs about two hours. Each visit pairs the facial with herbal tea, a tarot or oracle card reading, and Reiki energy healing, and serums are applied during treatment. The products used are made with essential oils, organic plant extracts, and healing crystals. The facial portion itself lasts roughly 80 minutes, and a first-time guest begins with a 10-minute consultation. Hydrating Haven is a one-hour facial for the face, neck, and décolletage. It moves through a deep cleanse, exfoliation, and a hydrating mask, and ends with brief massages of the head, neck, and shoulders.

For skin concerns tied to aging, the Anti-aging Facial targets fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin, and may use retinol or peptides along with skincare brands the spa selects individually. The Deluxe Customized Facial is a 70-minute session with a tailored deep cleanse, a detoxifying facial massage, LED therapy and a custom mask. Back facials, including the Rejuvenation Back Facial, cover deep cleansing, steam, extractions, a nourishing mask and a massage over about an hour.

Waxing is offered from about 30 minutes and uses a soy-based strip wax followed by aloe gel. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and trimming beforehand is not recommended. Membership facials are offered on 3, 6 or 12-month plans. Members can pay monthly or pay in full up front, with monthly billing on the first week of each month, and a 6- or 12-month plan paid in full within the first three months includes a complimentary facial.

Energy healing sessions are offered either in person or through distance and time. Tarot and oracle readings use an unlimited number of cards and are offered as guidance or entertainment only. They do not cover pregnancy or fertility, divorce or custody, legal matters, terminal illness, contact with people who have passed, or questions about when or whether something will happen. The spa states that its services do not replace professional medical or psychological care.
